ABOUT INHALE

I like to focus on the whole person, not just a diet or a weight loss program. Each individual is different and what might be great for one person may not be great for another.  I feel it is important to look inward to yourself for the answers and not follow others hoping that what they may be doing will work for you.  People have an innate ability to know what they need and I am here to coach you to find those answers for yourself.  Whether it is personal training, pilates class, or nutritional support, I am here to help you achieve your goals.

Jennifer Green

Founder

 Jen has been involved in health and fitness for two decades. She started her career as a nurse in 1990.  However, she took a career break in 1999 to raise her two daughters, while working on my own health and fitness. She  qualified as an ISSA instructor and a Pilates instructor in 2014. She became Redcord certified in 2015 and TPI certified in 2016. Jennifer recently completed, in 2019, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health coaching certification.  She hopes to use her knowledge and experience to help others achieve their own health, fitness and lifestyle goals.

Jen is amazing!!! Her workouts have great sequencing and she has very little downtime in transition which I love!! Don't be confused when you think Jennifer Anniston is teaching you Pilates!!!She has a wonderful way of encouraging you to do your best!Highly recommend!!!
